Sorry if I'm being a bit slow here, but I've read right through this thread looking for details of the register but can't find where it actually lives?
B7 S4 Cab
B5 RS4: MRC custom remap, Milltek 100cpi cats and rear system, RS6 8-pots, H&R PCS coilovers, H&R ARBs, AWE DTS, Tanoga Shortshift, Dynaudio / Focal / Genesis / iPod audio: SOLD, and still missed. One day....

It lives with me at present :)

The details are not openly posted to protect the owners and cars.

Currently the record gives partial details of around 100 uk (rhd) cars.

If you have a question feel free to ask. If your looking to buy a car whose details are in the register I will confirm what I can.

Cheers, :beerchug:
John.

PICKINGS MINE UP ON SATURDAY !!!

Post by WellsyRS4 » Thu Sep 29, 2005 10:14 am

:D :D :D I have owned an RS2 now Im getting an RS4... Cant wait.

As soon as I have the car I will send all the cars details.

I have bought the car from Motorzone in Harlow, it is currently advertised on the Autotrader website.

Is there any way of finding out whether this car was owned by any of the members previously?

Thanks Doc.
My pc had a melt-down a while back, so having to re-check all the details in the register to make sure its up to date :(
It was only a month or so out of date on the backup, but better to be safe than sorry.

Happy christmas to you all, and thanks for those that have provided details :beerchug:

Car details Nogano Blue

current reg Reg in Spain
any previous reg (with approx date changed)

I posted a question about storage of the car yesterday, I will be storing the car for about 4 months and am after advice on the pitfalls of not charging the battery or advice on what battery charger to use to. Any thoughts?

All the best,

P.S. did have the car for awhile last year down in Plymouth and there was another Nogano blue down there.

Have seen a 2 others in Barcelona.

Hi Yan,
yep, still maintaining the register.
Thanks for the info above. If you could pm me the chassis no, that would be a great help.

Not exactly sure I've learnt anything as a result, but it is handy for people to check about a car if they wish.
Its also interesting to see some new owners of cars that people from here have sold either don't visit the forum, or don't pass on the details.
This goes to show not all RS4 owners can be bothered with forums I guess.
I know of around 25% of the 500 cars made for the uk, which is not bad I suppose.

Batteries will go flat if left for a month or so.
I highly recommend you make a record of the radio code as the radio will lose this if the battery goes flat.
Apart from that, a small trickle charger like an 'optimate' will do the job perfectly.

Cheers,
John.
