Head to head is difficult as both myself and Andiroo have had these cars in some form or another at some point, comparisons are unfair because the cars at different time were always so different. In the early days my MTM 465 was more reliable and produced more torque, but in the later stages of the 500BHP days Noggy babe went places that my MTM520 never reached.
If you are looked for a safe package go for the MTM 456 package, money well spent, going any further is madness IMO
Been there done it , got the T shirt, hey even the tour jacket!

Anyone know what sort of genuine bhp an rs4 with a full milltek and revo will make?430-440bhp?also has anyone had one set up on a rolling road to find the best settings?

Given that stock RS4s are capable of putting out 410 bhp,i dont think 420-430 bhp with Revo would be that hard.
Read up on the Revo threads as part of the software involves putting another 1000 rpm onto the car,which is not to clever for the turbos mate.

My standard car is showing 403 with miltek and optimax, seems a bit silly to go to all the trouble of adding only 20-30 bhp
