Ignition failure

So here is how it all started 2 weeks ago i went to Digi-tec in Germany to put in a chip, so the first thing he did was reading the memory witch showed that one of the exhaust temp. sensor was bad. He did install the chip an told me that i would have to replace the sensor and then it should have the full boost. So went to a Audi dealer and they replaced the sensor on the Driver side. So i pick up the car but it still dident have the full boost and i notice at 3000Rpm that it had a slite jerking and again at 4000 , 2 days later i went back to Digi-Tec and wie went for a test drive with the VAG 1552 hooked to the car so he could see whats happening. We found out that on the 6 zyl. it had a #6 i guess what he told me is on this zyl. the timing is of all other zyl showed 0 wich is good. So i replaced the sparkcoil on the 6 zyl. but still had that jerking. Went back to Audi and they did the same reading of all zyl. and guess what ! now it had it on the 4 zyl. so they replaced the Sparkcoil on the 4 zyl. after that again reading of timing and then it was on the 5 zyl. At the moment nobody knows whats going on does anyone have a idee , or had something simulare.

Coil pack failure, or bad code on the chip by the sounds of it

Sounds like ignition amp thats not charging the coils properly resulting in a week spark that finds an alternative earth when under load hence not very clean through the rev range and worse with higher boost!

Although a pain to do try new plugs as brand new plugs dont initialy require as high a voltage to operate if it sorts it temporarily i would think its your amplifiers playing up. you should have 32,000 ish volts at the plug 25,000 would be the very min anything less, boost will blot the spark out.

thanks for the answer so far

I did already change all the spark plugs but it dident help my guess at the moment must be the chip. i will talk to the tuner tomorrow and ask him if we could reload the original configuration and then see how the car runs ober bether to say the motor.
