RS4 insurance

Post by FrankC » Wed Oct 06, 2004 4:13 pm

Insurance is up for grabs again and i used www.confused.com to get a qoute.

Cheapest was admiral at £433,my current insurer elephant wants £510 despite a lower risk address and the car now being garaged overnight from last year.

Anyone gone through Admiral and happy with service etc?
Cheers fc

ps 6years ncb,protected policy and 10k miles a year.

I was quoted £608 by Admiral, until they asked about security devices, then it jumped to over £900.

I have just had a quote with confused.com - £770 which is not bad seeing as tesco wanted £900 and Norwich Union wanted £2200 !!! Not bad for being 24 !!

I moved from Admiral from Elephant (it's the same company anyway) and pay c £700 parked on the street in central London. Simple1 - what security issues did Admiral have?
RS4 B5. Where it all started.
RS6+ Never to be replaced.
Replaced by: 997 Turbo. Didn't like.
Replaced by RS6. I like(d).
Land Rover Defender. Not as nippy.
Back with C6 RS6
And again C7 RS6
