Mine is in for a service tomorrow, showing 600 miles until next service, has just turned 60K miles so I am expecting a big bill

60k should not be too bad, £350 or so, unless you let them loose on your brakes
My 40k just cost £1k which included all cam belt stuff as well as water pump, additional belts etc which I asked for on top. Got a new MAF on as well just in case.

The whole front bumper unit comes off for the cambelt change, might as well change the waterpump at the same time when the bumper is off.
Cambelt done around 40k miles or 60k km.

That's right. I got it changed along with the auxilary belts (air con etc) whilst the lot was apart. IIRC the pump was about £45 and is well known to need replacement later on in life.
Cheers
