Hi guys, I'm back in business. Last April my brilliant black  beast was stolen at Schiphol Airport, no trace of it since. Possibly it ended up in the hands of some East European drugs dealer.

So, I bought myself a "new" one, same black  monster, bit older, better on the outside, pity it doesnot have the TV (does anyone know whether this module can be built in?). It will arrive tomorrow, very much looking forward too it :D . You really miss such a car. Sometimes, girly got jealous :? .

LOL. Good to see you are back :)

Fitting an OEM Audi unit might not be easy due to the wiring looms not being there. An aftermarket system is quite easy to install.

Excellent news. Make sure you have some kind of tracking device this time if you didn't already!

See if www.tvwiz.net has the answers you're looking for.

Cheers

Ben

you can sometimes find sat nav/tv on ebay with wiring but would need to half strip the car as the sat nav box and tv arials are in the boot.but i think its worth it in the long run to have the original look.

Thanks guys! It's great to be an RS4 driver again. That smooth speed, I really missed it. I'll have a look at Ebay for the TV thing.
At the same dealer I handed in my 993 4S for an M3. What a car is that! A real raw beast. Its looks are more like the RS4, but in driving it is closer to the 4S.
Having driven the 4S, it is incredible that the concept was left unchanged for 35 years. The engine has been improved, tyres, brakes and so on, but inside it is the 60-ies revisited. Unbelievable that clients allowed Porsche to do this. Both the RS4 and the M3 are much more modern, of a different era.
