Extended warranty on RS4?

I was curious regarding extended warrantys from Audi, so called them up and was quoted £1690 for 2 years - all components.

Have any of you guys gone for this or had any experience with extended warrantys?

Not to sure if I should go for it, but it sounds like a nice to have!

I paid £789 for two years all bits minus wear and tear. No issue so far with a few bits replaced, only thing they won't cover is the worn carpet, but did replace the wheel centres AGAIN

My dealership have just quoted me more than this for a single year!!!! Seems like a grey area for the dealers.....

I was quoted that for one year. Do you have more details? Is this an official Audi one or one the dealer has bought in privately?

PM me and I willsend you all the stuff by e-mail. Came from Audi themselves but I believe they have now passed it onto a third party as with all their extended warrentees. Seems that all the maufactures including Ford are doing this, I wonder if it is some reflection on the quality of their cars
