Electrical problem

Post by kante3 » Fri Feb 06, 2004 9:49 am

I had an electrical problem with the thermostat - and how do I know it was a problem? Well the little warning light on the dash came on but other than that there was no visible evidence - no overheating, no strange running.

Took it to the dealer who fixed it within half an hour (new thingumagig).

Interesting question - perhaps manufacturers can activate warning lights to switch on at certain mileages just to guarantee a little future revenue!
