Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone had any information about importing a Rs4 to Canada. Would it be difficult to find a left hand drive car? Or should I forget it and just get a cheap S4 and swap in a RS4 engine, tranny and ecu? I would really like to have the real thing, but it's very hard to find any information on bringing it here. Any information would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Darren

Hello Darren my Canadian compatriot !

My best friend in 2001 wanted imported a RS4, but facing the price of the transportation and expenses of customs, it rather did a conversion RS4 on a S4. If you really want the true one RS4.

Look at this site, all necessary infos are there:

hey Julz, thanks for the quick response. I only thought about bringing the car here because my father owns a shipping company, so at least I could get that part for cost.
Did your friend finish the conversion? How did it turn out? BTW where are you located? I'm in Toronto, ON.
