Wheels that need TLC

Post by Iain » Tue Feb 04, 2003 9:38 am

A friend has just bought himself a TT with a set of RS4 replica wheels fitted, but they're scuffed around the edges. He lives in Chiswick. I said I would consult the Oracle to find out if any1 knew of someone who can tidy up his wheels.

I remember reading on one of the threads about a guy in Finchley....but couldnt find it.

Cheers.

If they are the true RS alloys they cant be resprayed due to the pearl type finish, which rules out people like Wheel Wizard

The only place i think can do it is near Milton Keynes

Are they called Prestige or something like that

There's a thread on the TT site saying that Wicked Wheels can do them. If you join the TT Owners club you even get a discount

Alternative idea is re-spraying the whole lot a diff colour - looks cool in grey.
