Got the H&R kit on mine and must admit I am pretty happy with it - most important thing is to have it set up correctly. I really feel the car is a lot sharper to drive now and certainly inspires a lot more confidence with much reduced body roll.

Someone tells Quattro suspension is still soft (for track) and someone tells H&R is stiff, not good for everyday driving.
Since Quattro provides only the rear anti-roll-bar, H&R offers F&R as a set.
Anyone try Quattro suspension + H&R F&R anti-roll-bar ?

Do yo think its too stiff for bad roads ?
I dont track the car, but just want it to handle. I want it to handle like my 01 A4 180 Sport (Sach susp') which is much stiffer than my RS4. But not too stiff.

I think GmbH kit is for you!
It is a firm setup with perfect handling for fast road. I think GmbH has done a very good job. However, it may be a little soft for track days!
Stiffer suspension does provide better cornering but public road has many uneven surfaces. Would you like to get skipped out of a turn??

Nitron kit should resolve all this.

is anyone running adjustable ARB's? - I've seen some parts for the S4 which allow you to adjust the ARB & take the pre-load off for corner weighting of height adjustable suspension setups.

I think the h&r kit is fine for road use - not too hard or uncomfortable and the roads are pretty awful up here IMO I prefer it to the GMBH Setup I had on my previous '4.

Is the H&R Kit the same exact kit for the RS4 and S4 or is it different ?

Im riding H&R anti roll bars, they feel much more sporty than original ones, but with original suspention still very sooft ride, now Im waiting Bilstein PSS9 shocks. I think this combination are best and not too expensive. 1450euro for PSS9 and 400euro for anti roll bars.
