Tyres for 19" wheels on RS4

Looked at all the previous posts about this and kind of get a feeling that the tyre size of choice is 265 30 19? Before I buy a set has anyone had any problems with them at all clearance etc??

That's the correct size Barry, even up to 10" wide [img]images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

I think Bushy had a clearance problem with the Toyos, but that was a different size (I think). Me and Tim are both on the Yoko AVS with no problems at all.

BTW have you tried to get the Pilot Sport 2's in this size? They should be available by now and are supposed to be the bollox.

Got them on the standard rims just now and yes they are the bollox! [img]images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Had that size Toyo's on the 19 x 10 SPortecs and they rubbed the arches, now have that size AVS on the MTMs, No probs at all and what a great tyre

Using AVS 265/30-19 on MTM 19x9.5 fits perfectly, but I think there will be no problems with Yokos 275/30-19

I also use yoko AVS sport on my car.

The issue is that the tire is smaller on diameter, compared to others...


So you can run wider tires without any problems.
