Rear passenger side window

Post by kcsun » Mon Feb 25, 2019 6:18 pm

Hi all
my rear passenger window was broken and was replaced by my insurer. BUT.... the new window fitted does not have the electrical elements that I am sure my car had

can anybody tell me what the elements are for and take a photo of the window so that I can file a complaint

many thanks

If I’m thinking about the right window, they will be linked to the heated rear screen. Can you not just compare both sides?

Cheers

If you are talking about an Avant, and the bonded quarters looking into the side of the boot compartment, they are different left and right. One side had aerials in, the other side didn't. Well at least they certainly were on an older one I used to own. Certainly NOT heated!
