Car start difficulty

Good evening,
I have a problem with my car, for a long time, and I can not seem to fix it.
With the engine cold, the car starts at first time and also, if I leave it to work a while, and turn it off after, and starts up again it's ok, however, if I turn it off for some time - for example 10 minutes - it already costs a lot to start and releases lot of gasoline smell; after that, if I turn it off and on again, it starts up ok.
Have any of you ever had this problem?
Sensors have already been changed and it has already been verified whether the car was on point. Also when it was to the machine no anomaly was detected.
