new rs4 owner /old issues?

I have now a rs4 b5 x reg 111 k miles , just bought locally , with the following issues 
the car is totally standard , but there is no central locking / windows or sunroof , everything else works[part from dodgy dp flexis , random tyres, and its been standing 5 months,,,
any way i thought module under the passenger seat , ta da ,, only damp carpet there , so a new pollen seal is on the list ,
fuses are ok , just no power to the drivers door windows , there is power to the boot vacum module , is there a to do list with these b5 chassis [ and the graphite wheel is intact in the pump]
any help will of course be appreciated , and i am sure further posts will be for coming / brakes /suspension bla bla bla . need an engine under tray,, any one?
