help codes error

hello
i have one rs4 b5 and now l have this codes 16684 16686 16699!

can you help ?

The first two are misfires. Check your spark plugs.
Misano Red - 470bhp
3' downpipes, Miltek, KSport 8pot front brakes, RS6 Callipers/RS4 B7 discs rear, ITG Filter

Thinking about it, check coil packs too.

i have coils tfsi and now l put the oem and i have the same codes!
