Re: How do they Compare
I would compare the RS4 to a silph like PhilT
The RS6 is more like JR

Re: How do they Compare
Not sure about RS4 vs. RS6, but I'd take Alicia Silverstone in the Aerosmith videos please

Re: How do they Compare
I agree with that, i think the RS4 has a younger image, i feel the 6 as the ultimate car for my dad...RS4 is a nice size and i personally prefer the looks compared to the 6 both wicked cars thou
About anything else then looks i can't have an opinion, as not owner...but on looks and image the RS4 wins for me

Re: How do they Compare
Having a bit of fun
would prefer a Rs4 though in a coupe or a saloon format, purely on the basis that it should be lighter and therefore quicker and better handling, so as to match or surpass the M3....
But hey, I would buy the avant today if I had the cash....maybe next year

Re: How do they Compare
hehe
I RS3 Avant would be a intresting concept...... smaller than the RS4 and would probably be more tunable too........ i`d say that the 3.2 V6 Bi-turbo would be tunable to 500bhp! easy!

I think that you might find that this may not be as real as you think. What is the weight difference between a Saloon and an Avant (S4 and S4). Also, not so sure that a saloon would handle better, look at what Volvo did for years....

Re: How do they Compare
I agree with Phil, OK it is an Avant but with a good size wheel base it probably suits the power more than a smaller saloon or coupe style, however I initially would have prefered a saloon, the Avant has totally grown on me
I think the saloon or coupe would be a totally differnt beast.
The way i drive i think on the track the Avant size and aerodynamics mean that the rear can get twitchy but doesnt actually loose total grip until well past the limit, whereas a saloon would loose rear stability at slower speeds
IMHO of course
