Is there any problems if one puts the non-watercooling turbo on the car that's supposed to run with the water-cooling turbo? As I suppose - 1. the turbo needs to be cooled down manually after hard run (i.e. running the car in idle few minutes) 2. The cooling system is a little be cooler because of hot turbos not inside it anymore ?
Am I thinking wrong taking this idea into rs4 world?

i think the main problem is theres no way you could rely on air cooling alone in the location. I suppose if they were more exposed like on some of the GT28RS conversions ie through the bonnet, you could in theory have enough air flow to run air cooled turbos..... but why would you as wtaer cooling is better for we you are working turbos hard.....
Mark.
Yes, this could be true - the location of the turbos is not the best...
