Update from my end - after much chasing of Leeds Audi, I now have 4 new 'hard' wheels, swopped over in a day, with a TT Cab courtesy car (perfect for a sunny day like yesterday). Just needed a bit of polite persistence.
Nothing feels fast for long... :(

I only got an A3 tdi, but managed to clock over a 1000 miles on it while my car was with Audi!

can i ask a stoopid question here and ask whats the difference between the hard wheels and the soft wheels?? obviously the alloy on one is harder but do they look exactly the same??

you're right.

they're identical (apart from the part no. on the back of the wheels), just a different material.
