And what differance will the new intercoolers make?

It's in development. I reckon another 2 month. We have a pre-order list of 5 so far, I think. I will ask Gordon on Monday for an update. But please let us know if you're in - the more the better. These will be like the Sportec units including the shrouts. That's as big as you can go and they will be pretty much a straight fit.

Now, I just spoken to professional automotive radiator builder and he quoted me around £900 (inc. VAT) for a set...

...I'm definitely going to get a set done but I wanted to see if anybody else is interested, which could bring the price down even more.

To ask the question I suspect a few would be interested in... have they given you an indication of price breaks for given quantities - you're at 5 now - any discount associated with that, or have they given you a quantity where the first break might cut in?

I'm interested, but having just committed to a somewhat sizeable further project on the TT, I need to think a little about penny counting

Given the interest, once prices are announced, I'd have thought getting 5 of us for a group buy shouldn't be too hard....
