Im going out in grants modded rs4 next week at some point, really looking forward to that, im in need of a car so im hunting every where just cant find what im looking for, either to many miles, not the spec i want or just to expensive. Thats cool about the suspension being standard audi so that wont effect the insurance?

What kind of insurance quotes have you had?? I was really suprised how cheap my RS4 was £440 as opposed to over a grand for an M3!!!

Scrape the money together for Lengster's car. So typical that I only heard about it after I bought mine. Mine was a bit cheaper and is same age and mileage but by time I'm forked out for a Milltek and a map think mine'll end up more expensive. It's a small price to pay for a car that's been looked after. you might find a cheaper one but could need thousands spending on it in no time. If you can't afford to insure the mods take them off and sell them to me!!!

Hey thanks for the kind words guys,R5CPK you wouldnt by chance be the ex hull audi tech who has just bought an rs4 would you? They mentioned you were getting one on the day i popped in for a touch up for the b7,hope to see it around ive never seen another round here.

Yeah that's me. Gutted I missed out on yours everyone in the workshop says it's mint!! Think I'll have to spend a few grand to get mine to that standard!!

You have first refusal on the milltek and ecu/revo !! Should anyone prefer it standard and cheaper.

The insurance aint to bad just under a grand. I'll try and get the extra money together but i doubt it, im doing not bad to have £15k cash waiting. I just hope i get one sorted before the good weather goes away, get some good use out of it before it goes in the garage for winter.

£15k standard could be possible? R5CPK you best pm me an offer on the full milltek inc headers and cats,and talk to the guys at Hull audi and see if an ecu can be swapped between cars without issues,I have to add though i have other interest in the car and would prefer to sell it as it is.
