Makes me want to get an Alpina as they are capped at 185 based on the fact that they are a small car manufacters (in terms of numbers produced each year)
Not sure if the Alpina would be exempt - don't their car still go through full type approval, and have official CO2 figures? If this is the case, then no escape from the taxman..

Nope they are exempt.
