Doug bought a Goodwood RS4 with a cattled engine months ago Si. It's got pimped wheels and the Harpers push him around the car-park outside his workshop. Keep up.

Definately keep them on as they go well with the rest of the silver and chrome trimming. Bottom line is the decision is very subjective - if you are in two minds, best leave it unchanged.

Try the schizophrenic approach - keep one side, lose the other.

S*d it, get rid of the roof too. Go topless. ;-)

Seriously though, will it affect the resale value - and for that matter would you really care if it did?!?

IMHO I would keep them - they "break up" the roofline and add interest. The only thing I don't like about them is the additional wind noise.

My sensible reply is keep them.

Everyone I speak to goes on about how sexy the avant looks and the roof rails are always mentioned as being part of the look. I would say keep em! I dont think it would look right or like an RS without them.

Ah, but as long as you know it's an RS, that's all that counts! :D

lol... I suppose. And given Doug plans to build a serious beast, maybe he wants to be a lil stealth?

Woudn't look like a pukka RS4 Without them IMHO. As Doug says, they go well with those wheels.

Looking good!

Whats the difference between the Lambo calipers....apart from their silver paintowork and Lamborghini text! Are the discs different?

Were the rear lights just tinted with tinting spray?
