Got my RS4 back after 4 days in the Audi dealer (& some lovely scratches on the nearside wing + grubby fingerprints as proof!!! Grrr) other than the careless body damage (its going back into the bodyshop next week) mechanically the car is incredible, they serviced it & replaced the exhaust temp sensor, it has full on flawless boost in every gear. Its amazing, have comfortably embarrassed a couple of 911's since I got it back :O). It'll take me a few months to get bored & need more speed!

I am still unhappy with the seating position though you really do feel like you're miles from the road - I think I'll sort the seats or suspension out before the ecu.

Bahnstormer - I would suggest if nothing else has been changed you at least change the maf before you melt another egt sensor - Did audi tell you why the egt failed?

Ahh c'mon Doug, why would they tell the customer that...even if they knew why?

In my experience the option is simple. Go with who you think you want to use, not what others say.
Unfortunately in this internet age many people will chose who they want to use by reading supposedly intelligent posts on forums like this, after all there's no better insight than reading the feedback from unbiased people already running the maps on their cars - not people employed by one of the tuners concerned... :|

Glad car is back to full health bahnstormer, I'm sure a stock RS4 is quick enough for most people when all working correctly!
