Depends Simon - what size are those discs? and what calipers are you using?

Pics of my conversion:
Porsche GT3 Brembo 6 pot calipers
RS6+ discs
I like the retro RS2 look to the brakes, and personally think that the pad set up with the Brembo GT3 calliper (two per calliper) and the choice of pad is a better than the 4 pad per caliper for the Brembo RS6 calliper. I am presently running Pagid Black pads which i have found to be really good...great feel to the brakes, especially for winter driving. For the summer I am going to have a higher temp pad that will produce a more of a bite.

Currently 322 x 32 discs, not sure exactly what the calipers are other than they are red and they are 4 pots

hmmm...unlikely that the B7 RS4 discs will mate with those calipers, and there's also the offset to consider. Ask an expert!

At present very progressive, and very strong. I use my RS for road use only, and have found the car completely differnt to drive following the conversion. Far more positive and even on the brakes, and non of that fade associated with the OE set up.

Clive.harper

Do you happend to know the part number on RS4 B7 disks?

I'm glad the B7 disks are 365mm instead of the 360mm of the B5, because the brake pad of the RS6 brakes calipers on the B5 disks nead like 2mm on top and other 2mm on the bottom.

Gracias

Hola Zeke!

Yes, the part number of the B7 RS4 front discs is : 8E0 615 301 AB

You're right about the RS4 B5 discs, which are 5mm smaller diameter. The other option is the RS6 or RS6+ discs, which are the same size as the new RS4 (365x34mm), but you'd need a modified caliper mounting bracket for use with the RS6 calipers, as the discs have a different offset.

De nada!
