As everyone else has said, the car looks absolutely stunning, wheels look great and the stance of the car is perfect.
Loving the piano black additions and the steering wheel,i hate the punctured effect on the original wheel.

Fantastic Job Niils 8) :greyrs4:

Mate you've smashed it...well done!

Wheels suit it to the tee, and stance is spot on!

Looks the mutts mate, those wheels look the bolleks.

It looks timeless, so much more presence and attitude than the B7 and any other car of it's class.

Couldn't have put it better myself!!!!

Added almost 700 miles over the weekend, love driving it even more now, as the interior is so much nicer to be in, been getting some really good feedback from friends and other enthusiasts, thanks all for your comments etc.

Only problem is, now that i've managed to mould my B5 into a car i'm really happy with, this doesn't leave me with any room for further mods! :(

I shouldn't really mess with perfection, but i don't think there is anything else i could do without ruining it

Thats the right attitude Niils, knowing when enough is enough, its easy to go to far and ruin all the good work.

It looks perfect,i can't think of anything to improve :beerchug:

It's simple, drive it and nurture it and keep it, as these cars are fast (if not already)becoming future classics and will only continue to become more rare. You've got a museum piece there with silly low mileage so it's one to look after now.

I love mine to bits too and will try keeping hold of it as long as I can!

Great advice, nicely put there Jules, why mess with perfection :D

2 thing I will most definatley be doing, MAINTAIN and most importantly ENJOY

Hmmm, and when I do get bored, there's always the remap and Short Shift...

Very Nice :-)

Yes the original will always look the best to me. The B7 is a fine car make no mistake, but the B5 looks better. That's coming from someone who's owned/owns both.

I was contemplating 'upgrading' the B5 for the B7 for a good while, in the end, the drastic drop in prices put me off the swap, I was not prepared to lose £10k - £12k on a car which is practically brand new!

Golich, I totally agree with your comment when you say the B5 looks better than the B7, especially when it has come from someone who has been privileged to won both.

IMO the B5 makes a much stronger statement out of the 2.

I have had both and do miss the ride quality of the B7, it's so well planted and has little or no body roll compared to the B5 but it's not as much fun when you clog it. The Forced induction is addictive, far more than the sound of the V8.
