Epsom Audi are very expensive and dont have a good reputation either. I had my servo pump changed there once and the car came back with lots of air leaks because they hadnt put it back together properly afterwards, had to take it to a specialist as they didnt have a clue. So I would also recommend going to a specialist, I have found it pays in the long run as they ususally do the worker properly and have the required knowledge/experience to service these specialist cars.

Frank you are worrying over nothing mate your car is coming up 4 years old not 5

If the car was first registered on the 7th March 2001....it will be 4 years old this march and not 5 years old as my dealer seems to think.

Will phone and clarify the position on Monday morning.
