I heard the fundamental behind Supply and Demand is that they have to meet [img]images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

If they meet at high asking prices, then no reason for it to lower (would anyone ?).

But if they don't, there's a gap to be filled. As sellers have no means here to know where the buyers are standing (how many and at what price), they all individually move until they get contacts. So the group moves towards the equilibrium of Supply and Demand as a result of these individual decisions.
That's for the theory in efficient markets where players really want/need to sell...
Of course, that includes Buyers as well.

In this example from La Centrale :
- one ad at EUR 44.2K went out after 2 weeks (probably sold [img]images/graemlins/beerchug.gif[/img])
- the 3 cheapest ads at 45.6K, 46K and 48K have been respectively running for 5 weeks, 4 weeks and 12 weeks now (not counting mine at 42.1).
So looks like FR buyers are hanging below the 45K zone here and the group's Supply/Demand haven't met yet.

Just my take, and still looking for a Red one so I haven't had the opportunity to take a position yet [img]images/graemlins/boots.gif[/img]
