i hate it when they do this. as soon as i raise my head above the weeds to go out and catch my prey they go and advertise how good it is meaning the great unwashed descend on the dealers and soak up what few remain.

I have had to bring forward my plot to get a RS4 runabout to back up my pending V10 s8 and swap in my wifes new mini cooper.

I havent told her yet but i am sure she will be pleased. really.

Actually I've found the main dealer franchise to be totally disinterested in B5s - I'd have thought they would be expecting to get a few as part-ex vs B7s, plus with most now 5 years old and over perhaps seen as harder to shift. Fontain have none in stock, Croft only have one. Seems like perhaps the TG article is one the dealer community don't necessarily agree with.

I'll try and scan the article tonight - mods is it OK to upload to my gallery, copyright issues etc?

The car they have for the article has been used in the magazine before. It is a very nice yellow RS4 with loads of GMBH extras, seats stearing wheel brakes etc and probably an upgarde. I think it was described in the last article as an RS4+. I was not aware that any of those were offically made, but it really looks like a top car.
Not sure what they are on about regarding the wheels though as they describe it as having none standard wheels. THey look like the standard RS4 wheels to me.

Looks like a RS4 sport. There are pics of this model here.

I dont know if this was a actual model or if all the parts were just extra's.

There is no such thing as an RS4+ or RS4 Sport..... Basically what you have is an RS4 with some GmbH extras on, i.e. seats, mats, suspension, exhaust, brakes.

But isn't there a Audi RS4 Sport brochure as in our download sections listing all the add on's? there is definatly no RS4+ but the brochure would lead you to belive there is a RS4 Sport. Uless they used this purely for the brochure :?:

It is a kit with steering wheel and shifter. It costed 600 euro a couple of years ago.
If you look for the RS4 sport document in the download section in this forum you can get some help. And last year I saw some people (also in this forum) who got their hands on the wheel-shifter kit in different countries in Europe. If you find a kit in Sweden, please let me know. I want one to.
