In theory I can.... I can make these bits but I dont do it for a living(used to make GP bike fairings).... I have a list as long as my arm to make bits for people after Ive finished my current project so cant commit. You could Ask All smiles who do lots of VW bits but youd neet at least 7-10 people interested before it becomes cost effective to make the plug and mould.....
If anyone fancies a bash I can help with advice and suppliers etc etc....
Mark.

Might be cheaper, and easier to import one from the US? http://www.goapr.com/Audi/products/carbon_hood.html

Yes, provided you use the right gel goat.... In fact you can add the pigment to the gel coat so that the product itself is the right colour.... means there wont ever be any stone chips.....although a colour match can be an issue.

From my bicycling interests I also notice carbon manufacturers are starting to some how colour the carbon fibres such that it has a white, red, gold or even silver finish. Looks great, you still see the carbon fibres but they are now the right colour instead of just black.

Fondriest is probably making the most of this technology. The finish looks much more striking in real life but here are some samplers if you want an idea what it looks like:

Thanks for the info guys, one more question and it might seem a bit stupid, the RS4 bonnet is the same dimension as the S4 or is there a diference.?
This is what stopping me from ordering from the states, dont want it to arrive and be out of line or brackets in the wrong place.

I got my self a carbon fiber hood on my RS4 and guess what, it dose not fit :D it looks great but the gaps between the hood and the wings are not even and if you look at headlights the gaps are not good either. As i now it was made in Japan, and it is a S4 hood with holes for windshield washers.

S4/A4 hoods are the same just the year differs, old A4's and S4's have washers on the top but the face lift models have them mounted on the underside of the hood so bear this in mind when ordering.

If going for a vented hood make sure its one that will fit the S4 as you may have issues with clearence of the engine.
