The most unfriendly stand at the show. RS2, RS4 and RS6 outside and a big sign on the door saying INVITED GUESTS ONLY ...... er.......... what about your customers? It looked more like a private party for some execs. Audi has a lot to learn about customer service. Perhaps they should take a leaf out of Mercedes Benz's book. All potential and existing customers welcome!

Thought the same in fact (though didn't see the sign), it looked like the staff were simply having a jolly, totally uninterested in anything (including the public) other than having a chat to each other :bash:

Too scared that we might go in and make a noise about the Warranty fiasco no doubt....

In complete contrast to the rather shut off Audi stand, all cars locked and no one interested in anything:
I caught up with this fella in the supercars paddock and had a good chat with him about the new RS4 vs the old twinturbo.
I took a little movie on my digital camera, quality is crap but the noise is nice :)

And what was the outcome?
RS4 B5. Where it all started.
RS6+ Never to be replaced.
Replaced by: 997 Turbo. Didn't like.
Replaced by RS6. I like(d).
Land Rover Defender. Not as nippy.
Back with C6 RS6
And again C7 RS6

This proably was the case. I know my local dealers techs were given free tickets. I can't blame them for going though, I know I would given the opportunity.

Maybe I'll mention the feedback next time I drop in...

That must have been within minutes of me being at the same spot.....the driver did say that they had opened up some of the "valves" in the exhaust to heighten the noise...yummm :)
