Any Audi RS4 B5 Owner in the US?

Hi guys,

we own a 2001 Audi RS4 B5 in the US and we were just wondering if there is some lucky owner of this car located in the US.

IIRC the B5 RS was not type approved or crash tested by US regulators and therefore had no Department of Transportation nor smog test approval. I guess it'd be possible to have the car imported based on the "autos of interest" or "show and display" law but it would severely limit the use of the car (stored in a museum etc). I cannot imagine it'd be cheap either. Just buy a S4, give it a WB treatment then hand it over to a tuner for more power than a RS4. Job done at a fraction of the cost.

There were a few in the US. I think they were imported via Canada when the laws were slightly less strict.
