380mm discs and b7 calipers definitely fit under 18" mtm,s

how do you know Jimbo?

is there a difference in surface on the inner wheel between an oem 18inch and and 18inch mtm?

What is the difference between the RS4 rotor B7 and the RS6 C5?

Right now I have the RS6 caliper with a RS4 B7 rotor, if a get a RS6 rotor 380 mm or what will happened?
RS4 B5 2002
RS4 B7 2008
RS6 C7 2018
