Im after some advice please, recently had the clutch replaced (not cheap) with a new clutch kit, flywheel etc, not done by Audi due to numerous problems, works ok but now when I press the clutch down 4/5ths of the way I can feel a little click, and same on the way back up, and its starting to get really annoying. I could also feel a slight judder when the clutch was biting in traffic, the original garage that did it said they couldnt feel the judder, and the clutch spring must be causing the click, which definitely wasnt there before the clutch went. Had a second opinion from another garage which confirmed they could feel a judder (Im not going crazy) which was very slight which might just be a high spot which might go down in a month, so im leaving it for a while but they said they didnt know what I was on about regarding a clutch spring as its a hydraulic clutch. Can anyone shed some light on this subject, is there a clutch spring? Does anyone have a place where I can get one or part number? Or does anyone think that the clutch wasnt properly lubricated on instilation or it might be something to do with the clutch release bearing?
