This was Parkway Edwinstow Notts seemed a very genuine lot. The fact the car had been owned by the same guy for nearly 11 yrs. really appealed to me... Vast amount of paper work with it too and good history all amounted up to it being what seems like a very genuine car, which was what I was looking for in the first place :-) hopefully it'll prove reliable (if not a little thirsty) as I intend to hang onto it for quite a while (had over 40 cars so decided its time to settle down lol). I should only do around 5-6k a year in it .. So if I keep on top of it's maintenance it should hold it's value quite well... Not depreciation proof but by no means bad.

Have just bought identical spec/colour car with slightly lower miles.

Is Hightimez referring to the same Parkway? There is one in Bham which sells a large number of cat d toot including an R32 which someone I know got stopped in on a test drive by the police because it was still recorded as stolen (it had been recovered but database was not up to date).

Parkway Derby are related I am sure to the VW dealer there.
Im Referring to the one in Edwinstowe,Nottinghamshire! where the Rs4 is Advertised!

If you have a warranty (or if not) I'd suggest you pop down to MRC and get it checked over and makes the most of the cover.
There will almost definitely be some issues, MAF, sensors, boost leaks for example.
Or at least get it Vag Com checked.

Yep definatley going to get it on Vag Com first to check for fault codes then work it from there, Ive got a couple of very good specialists round my area that I use so it will probably get checked over by one of them in the next few weeks.... Fingers crossed it'll be nothing too serious if anything.. I'll fun it for a couple of weeks first just incase any faults have been recently cleared ..

Should be ok seems fine so far
