Rear seat covers and front seat protectors

Just wondering if anybody here is using a specific brand of rear seat cover (preferably one that does not cover the head-rests) or can recommend a good company for quality products. Obviously this is a general B5 A4 query. I've got leather / hi-tech combo seats and the textured fabric is not going to take kindly to the usual food and drinks mess deposited by kids on long journeys...
