Bendy wheels replacement

I had a letter from Audi customer services about a year ago asking if I wanted to swap my bendy wheels for decent ones. I said I did and they were delivered to Whites Audi. Unfortunately I didn't get to collect them as I was banned at the time and Mitchell had my car. So, does anyone know if I can request a new set, or have I lost my chance?

I asked for a set of hard wheels a year ago and then ditherd about losing the lifetime warranty. My dealer let them go to someone else and then about 6 months later I actually made my mind up and reordered them. There was no problem getting them.

Did you order them from your dealer or through Audi customer services?

I ordered through the dealer who were pretty cr*p and after a few weeks I contacted Audi Customer Services which seemed to "unblock" things! [img]images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Well, I called Audi UK and a very nice lady has ordered me a shiny new set of wheels [img]images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Took the car in this morning, and they've just called to say they can't swap my tyres because they're all illegal! Also they've only had 3 wheels delivered [img]images/graemlins/24430-audibash.gif[/img]
