Gearbox and rear diff oil

I will be changing my clutch in a couple of weeks and will need to change the oil in the gearbox - any advise which oil i should use and how much ?

Same for the rear diff - might as well change this too

You could give Opie oils a call as they can advise,or go to TPS and get the original Audi recommended oil.
