Looks like a few unhappy campers with the Tonaga version (http://audisrs.com/viewtopic.php?p=156042#156042). Haven't seen anything bad written about the JHM version.

Interesting... Would be great to know your thoughts on the which short shifter to go with. I think Doug fits the Tonaga version. I'm sure Doug must rate them as he wouldn't fit otherwise?

Mine had tonaga,it shortens the throw nicely but amplifies the notchyness of the changes and baulking going into gear whilst attempting swift changes,couldnt comment on other brands quality or ease of fit but side affects will probably be the same,they are a real fiddly pig to set up if fitting yourself!! My main dealer couldnt do it i had to do it myself to get it spot on

Seeing as i bought Lengsters car i agree with his comments,a good mod,but is a pain in the arse if trying a 'quick getaway' but then again the car is quick enough even with a slow getaway!
