dimensions of a B7 calliper question

Post by 2dogsjohn » Tue Jun 16, 2009 10:53 am

i have recently bought some new wheels with quite a deep dish and i am not sure if my brake upgrade will work now. can anyone tell me what the distance is from the center of the disc to the furthest point on the face of the calliper or from the face of the disc to outside of calliper .i have 18" wheels and standard RS4 discs (new).thanks john

hope this will help U

beware: these distances and the caliper drawing situation is with 380x34 brembo rotors...don't know the offset

but it fits RS4 8,5x18 ET20 original wheels

if you have 365 rotors i think it will work with your wheels, the 380 rotors offset must similar to the 365 's offset, i guess

with the drawing, you can extrapolate to 365 diameter rotors...only the offset can change, but only a little bit
