RS4 Connecting Rods

I'm trying to upgrade the rods in my RS4 engine. Are the rods the same in RS4 and S4? I was told that the bearings are bigger in RS4. So the question is: Did any of You upgrade the rods in RS4? Who makes them? or Can I just buy rods for S4 and put the bearings from S4 to fit it in RS4 or something like that? Let me know Guys thanks
