gutted precats

Hi all,after deciding to have my RS remapped and a non resonated catback milltek fitted next week at unit 20,im thinking about getting the precats gutted too,but im worried about the noise inside and outside the car,but mainly inside,Is it very noisy on the inside?and if it is very noisy,what other alternative is there getting similar power/torque.I know its probably been covered before but i have never herd a modded RS,there's not many over here in Northern Ireland . Thanks

A non resonated Milltek catback plus gutted precats will be quite loud inside the car. If you're bothered about an increase in sound go with a resonated Milltek or a SuperSprint exhaust, although the performance will not be quite as good!
