Black B5 for sale at Hillmoren

Hi there just wondering if anyone knows this 5 owner car which looks good in the pics on PHeads. A pal of mine is going to see it soon and apparently prev owner was an enthusiast and owned it 3 yrs. Hillmoren have bought and sold it twice before. Last owner traded up to a V8 RS4 No reg number yet .
Any assistance much appreciated
