Sunroof's

Post by rwoodward » Thu Oct 16, 2003 11:46 am

Hi,

Anyone got any experience about how much headroom you loose with a sunroof? I'm 6'3 and my bro's 6'7 and we can fit in a standard car, just not sure if the sunroof will encroach into the cabin too much...

Ross.

Only advice I can give is watch out with a sunroof unless you like lounging when driving, I'm 6'4" and when buying mine I tried out a standard S4 with a sunroof and couldn't fit under it (although I do like to sit close and pretty upright), ordered my RS4 without one. The aircon's pretty good and the windows open.....

Thanks folks,
Thats what I figured. I've now tried a one with a sunroof, and my head was hitting the headlining in my normal diving position ..

The search continues

I'm 6'2 and have no probs with the sunroof in mine although I reckon I'm longer in the legs and shorter in the body
