Body Computer Sequence

I previously owned a B5 1.8TQ sedan and was able to obtain the code on the airconditioning controls that would convert the digital display to an accurate speedo reading - ie. with out the deliberate error built into the analog speedo. I believe the sequence code is available in the workshop manual.

The 'code' was a specific sequence on the aircond. buttons that I cannot recall, nor is the original source available to remind me. I figure the RS4 would have the same body computer and suspect the same is therefore possible to achieve on this car.

Is anyone aware of this and able to enlighten us all with the sequence??

Yes, you can find the list of codes on Audi-World, although I don't think speed was one of the readings you could bring back. i remember you could get the engine speed, ie: RPM's.
