Interesting to see that Evo have picked up on this in the new issue in a feature on how to beat the new road tax rules.
It makes the case very clearly that X reg and earlier performance cars will be much cheaper to tax in the future which seeing as UK RS4 registrations span the March 2001 divide is very relevant to all of us.
It's somewhat ironic that the later EU3 emissions standard compliant AZR engined cars will pay more than the earlier EU2 ASJ cars but that just shows what a load of BS the whole system is.

Jan 02, 51 plate, "Shafted" by the stealth tax "Nazi's",was £205 last time,who knows next time its up for tax.
