No roof rails. Doesn't matter about the wheel colour. No different to a black B7 RS4 sedan with silver 19" wheels.

You wouldn't fit a silver roof rack to one would you, just to match the wheels?!

The silver rails on a black b7 look terrible.

I can't see me ever using the rails. It is just one of those things you always see on an RS.

I reckon you've answered your own question then Doug. Different = good, the norm = dull.

Are you talking about Greg Howell by any chance - if so having any other interesting cosmetics done?

My Vote is to leave them... just not a B5 RS4 without IMHO, and buy the time you've spent the time and effort to delete / fill / paint is it really worth it? My 2p...

It is Mr Howell. He is going to do a few other bits and bobs but not anywhere as extreme as his car! I'm not spending any time to remove all the roof lining, weld it up, fill it and paint it - that is what greg is for!

Nicked your black piano interior so that helps it with being the wrong colour. Green is the new silver.
