Crashed RS4
Re: Crashed RS4
i see that was a LH drive car with the new non bendy rims, are you sure it fell off a transporter or were they just testing new rims
Can't beat a bit of boost!
Re: Crashed RS4

Re: Crashed RS4
Thorney,
this may sound odd, but it looks like my old one, which I sold to Aston Green Slough last June. Bushy I think you met the guy who took it from them at one of the Windsor meets. If it was R9 F.. then definitely it was that one. Which considering the state of the standard discs that wnet back on the car when I took the Movit one off I could easily understand why this happened

Must have been one of the most interesting sites i've visited on the net in the last 10 years!Taipan wrote:Since we go on the Off-Transporter road, I think the record goes for the 2,800 owners-to-be who saw their BMW/Saab/Volvo go down with the Tricolor in the North Sea last december.
Might have been some M series and other cars with long waiting list.
Imagine placing a deposit 1 year in advance for your car and just a week before delivery (and Christmas btw), your salesman calls you and say : "hum, I know it's hard to believe but your car is at the bottom of the sea..."
Arggg...
