If the Parrot kit you are trying to install is like mine, then you need to obtain two separate leads: 06-118B and 06-427B (Parrot kits other than the CK3000 Evo will require different leads). Do a Google search for the part numbers I just provided and you’ll be directed to the most relevant sources from which they can be purchased.
The installation of these two leads is completely plug-and-play.
so I assume I need those two cables to get this working!
These are Autoleads part numbers and this one will work for later model B5 S4s (2001-2003). The cheapest place to get Autoleads kits is Sextons (guess how I found them on google

Consider yourself very lucky.....
It's not quite that simple (or cheap) on earlier B5 S4s! For these you need 06-088B in place of 06-118B because the head unit does not send the telephone signal to the Bose amp.
On earlier B5s with Audi car kits, the telephone audio was routed to dedicated door speakers via the brown ISO connector at the back of the head unit. Needless to say, the dedicated speakers are not fitted unless the phone kit is fitted even though the wiring is present in the loom. To make things even more difficult, the head unit shuts off the Bose amp during a call, so any audio signal sent to it will be lost. To even further complicate things, the Bose amp does not accept standard line level voltages, but requires something in between line and speaker level.
Don't you just love German engineering?
So, to get audio out of your front speakers on a pre 2001 S4, you need an interface that will send the standard mute signal (pull 9V to ground on pin 2 of the black ISO connector), switch on the Bose amp (by taking pin 6 of the yellow multi-connector to 12V), cut the connection of the 4 audio lines between the amp and the head unit (pins 1,2,4,5 of the yellow multi-connector) and feed an
attenuated speaker signal to the Bose amp.
In short, you could make one with a bunch of relays, diodes and audio amp ICs (running at negative gain), or you could buy the Autoleads one for £58:

Now, there is one more fly in the ointment.....
As supplied, the 06-088B does not switch on the amp during a call. You have to contact Autoleads directly to get them to send you the appropriate loom that will power up the amp during a call.
Once you have all the kit together, it's really quite simple to fit - take 2 connectors out of the back of the head unit (one carries power, so make sure you have the radio code). Connect up the Autoleads looms to the head unit and plug in the ISO connectors into the other end of the loom. Connect the 2 looms to the active relay unit, connect the third loom from the relay unit to the Parrot via the 06-427B adapter and that's it!
The relay unit has an adjustable output level, so you need to adjust this for the best combination of quality and volume before you hide it all behind the dash. I have mine bolted to the inside of the plastic trim that sits between the steering wheel and the pedals.
