New Navarra Blue RS4 just ppf'd video
I get it on something shiny and Italian. I don’t really get it on an RS or equivalent unless it’s a keeper and you’re precious about the finish. If you’re going to daily it and bin it after three years it’s a loss leader.

Re: Anyone chipped yet?
To be fair piggyback parameter fudge is dubious at best. Why anyone would plug that into a 100k of car is beyond me.

Re: Lowering springs
As usual with these things, modify and you’re rolling the dice. Ultimately down to the dealer.
If the car is financed then check for clauses on modification, another trap many fall into.

Re: How to spot C6 with 3G MMI?
All saloons and pluses have 3G. Few normal avants have it. Late 2008 built cars onwards. Rule of thumb 58 plate onwards however that’s not strict as so many cars were sat awaiting registration. You’ll find 2G 09 cars. If you’re looking for an RS6 holding out for 3G on an avant could mean you never f...

Re: Passenger/co-pilot dashboard display
It’s a option on Fezzas. I really don’t know why, best the passenger doesn’t have that information!

Definitely not a mod you want to be doing unless you own the car outright.

Agreed to a point. I’d wager he’d buy Panamera or E63 if it was his own money.
Panamera or Lusso for me in that category. Though worryingly I do quite like the Urus.

Re: Used prices of C8s
Yep. Current demand in the top end is high. I’m seeing regular comms from Pork and Fandango requesting used cars. I suspect mid tier is strong, but not quite as much as available volume is greater. Free money is part of the driver for that. That will punch at some point and then we’ll see. Or we fin...

Re: Used prices of C8s
Look at how C7 depreciated.
Typically Audi discount new purchases, so a chunk has gone on day one. Beyond that, with the pandemic who knows. Depends where the economy lands and if/how many distressed sales there are.

That would stamp on Porsche’s territory. Can’t see it.
Not seen any mules for ages either.

Re: What would you change on your stock C8?
Yes, it’s VAG family engine. Panamera, Cayenne, Continental, Urus, Benteyga.
Panamera GTS and all the Turbo variants have the V8, though with PDK not sloshomatic.

The strainer was changed, yes, time will tell whether that resolves it. Pretty sure there were cars with the later strainer that still had an issue. There were also injector issues and a few gearbox gremlins turning up now. It’s not a new argument of course, if you map, go in eyes open. If you goose...
